Chris Catena Rock City tribe-"Truth in Unity"

Chris Catena is an Italian singer I had the pleasure to meet in person in the early 00s. A voice similar to Glenn Hughes and a similar love for hard rock, funk and soul led to some interesting albums. Italian native Catena returns now with his latest  "solo"effort, after a long journey around cover albums,project albums and Italian rock albums. An album of vigar, vivid hard rock influenced a lot by bands like DEEP PURPLE, TRAPEZE, WHITESNAKE, and full of melody.He does his mall tribute to THE WHO IN "Who knew " Now he’s back with ‘Truth In Unity‘, the debut record of his new band CHRIS CATENA’s Rock City Tribe, formed with renowned guitarist Janne Stark (Locomotive Breath, Overdrive, Mountain) and featuring a list of  famous guests including Pat Travers, Doug Aldrich, Damon Johnson, Bumblefoot, Kee Marcello, Rowan Robertson, Ozz Fox, Tracii Guns, Bobby Kimball, Paul Shortino, Carmine Appice, The album includes some interesting covers (MOUNTAIN) but for the most of it, is hard rock that strikes you like a punch in the face and earn an honest TKO. Great return into the  mainstream Hard rock action, wont call it form, for one of the most underrated voices of our genre.
