An ep with a cover of QUEEN s “Under pressure” plus new and acoustic songs is sometimes more than you can ask for. Death Angel were never the in your face thrashers who would scream about skulls and desecration. On the contrary they have their own way to walk the path of extreme music even when they do this gentle and heart touching cover of QUEEN song, so needed in these days. It's interesting how many singers, voices need to remake the QUEEN magic. Yet DEATH ANGEL gives the song a fair price value treatment to say at least.
Their own songs are equally brilliant in their stripped down approach they have in this ep. The new song "Faded remains' its an introspective look with its 70s influences and some excellent work on acoustic guitar. The ep is filled with two acoustic versions of their own songs " A room with a view' and Revelation song" and is such a beautiful offer to calm down the anxieties of these difficult times.
